Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Perishable goods like dairy, bakery, and fresh produce must be reported immediately.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Inspections & Verification
In some cases, Vshopi may request photographs or a physical check of the product by our delivery staff before processing returns.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the return is approved, customers may choose between:

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is allowed only under exceptional conditions.
