At Amlaika, we are committed to providing high-quality Amla-based products to our customers. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds will be issued and the process to follow in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damageddefective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong item or quantity).
  • The product has leakage, contamination, or packaging issues at the time of receipt.
  • The customer raises a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Clear photo/video evidence is required to support the claim.

Procedure for Refund

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Full Name
    • Contact Number
    • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
    • Brief explanation of the issue

  4. Once approved, the refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment.

Example:
If a customer receives an Amla juice bottle that is leaking, they can share a photo of the damaged bottle along with their order ID to initiate a refund.

 

Timeframe for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours from the delivery date.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
  • Products purchased during special sales, discount offers, or limited-time promotions (unless they are defective).
  • Taste, fragrance, colour, or texture preferences unless related to a manufacturing defect.
