Any gemstones, diamonds, or other precious materials are accompanied by certification (if applicable).
Prices of jewellery may vary based on market rates of gold, silver, and precious stones.
Full payment or agreed advance must be made before delivery.
We accept payments through cash, card, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
Products once sold cannot be returned.
Exchange is possible only under company policy and within the defined period (e.g., 7–15 days), with the original bill and intact condition.
Customised or specially designed jewellery is not eligible for return/exchange.
Ratnaprabha Jewellers provides after-sales service and repair support for our jewellery, subject to charges where applicable.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling or improper use of jewellery.
